\fB::pkg::create\fR  是标准 Tcl 库中的一个实用过程。它被用来为一个给定的包指定建立一个适当的 
\fBpackage ifneeded\fR  命令。可用它构造用于 \fBpackage\fR  机制的一个 \fBpkgIndex.tcl\fR  文件。
