La fonction \fBmemcmp\fP() compare les \fIn\fP premiers octets (chacun interprété
comme \fIunsigned char\fP) des zones mémoire \fIs1\fP et \fIs2\fP.

La fonction \fBmemcmp\fP() renvoie un entier négatif, nul ou positif si les
\fIn\fP premiers octets de \fIs1\fP sont respectivement inférieurs, égaux ou
supérieurs aux \fIn\fP premiers octets de \fIs2\fP.

Lorsque le code retour est différent de zéro, son signe dépend de celui de
la différence entre les deux premiers octets (interprétés comme  \fIunsigned
char\fP) qui diffèrent dans \fIs1\fP et \fIs2\fP.
