Solamente el super\%usuario puede especificar un incremento negativo, o lo que 
es lo mismo, un incremento de la prioridad.

En caso de éxito, se devuelve cero. En caso de error, se devuelve \-1 y se
pone un valor apropiado en \fIerrno\fP.
