maf-sort - Sort MAF-format alignments by sequence name
SYNOPSIS¶
maf-sort [options] my-alignments.maf
OPTIONS¶
- -h
- show this help message and exit
- -d
- only print duplicate alignments
- -n
- sort by the n-th sequence (default: 1)
