NAME¶
checktargetsortedness - check BAM file for sortedness
SYNOPSIS¶
checkTargetSortedness infile.bam
OPTIONS¶
'infile.bam' is the name of the BAM file to check for sortedness. The program
will output a short message describing the sortedness status of the file.
