This is a convenience script to avoid typing the long URL
http://upstream\-metadata.debian.net.
All it does for the moment is to call curl.

The name and the interface may change in the final implementation.

Later it will take its default URL form \f[C]umegaya.conf\f[], check its
command\-line parameters, etc.
