Locale::Po4a::Chooser は po4a モジュールを管理するモジュールです。以前は、すべての po4a バイナリがすべての po4a
モジュール (pod, man, sgml など)
を知っていました。このため、全モジュールがドキュメントの同期を確実に取っていなくてはならなかったり、すべてのモジュールが新しいモジュールにアクセスできるようにしなければならず、新しいモジュールを追加するのはうんざりするような作業でした。

現在では \fILocale::Po4a::Chooser::new()\fR 関数にモジュール名を引数として渡して呼ぶだけです。
