de mémoire allouée vers lequel pointe \fIptr\fP. Si \fIptr\fP est NULL, 0 est

La valeur renvoyée par \fBmalloc_usable_size\fP() peut être supérieure à la
taille demandée lors de l'allocation, à cause des contraintes d'alignement
et de taille minimum. Même si les octets en trop peuvent être écrits par
l'application sans effets indésirables, ce n'est pas une bonne pratique de
programmation\ : l'excédent d'octets dépend du code mise en œuvre.

Cette fonction est principalement utilisée à des fins de débogage et
introspection.
