DESCRIPTION¶
XmAddProtocols adds the protocols to the protocol manager and allocates
the internal tables.
XmAddWMProtocols is a convenience interface. It calls
XmAddProtocols with the property value set to the atom returned by
interning
WM_PROTOCOLS.
