IO::file - Create a File from a pointer

SYNOPSIS¶

File file( Ptr ptr, [FileMode] mode=[Read, Write, Append] )

ARGUMENTS¶

ptr The pointer mode The file mode, if known. This should be set if possible.

DESCRIPTION¶

This coerces a pointer to a C file handle into a File
This function is intended solely for writing interfaces to C code that returns file handles, and should not be used for other purposes.
