.SH DESCRIPTION
\fBgmx rama\fR selects the phi/psi dihedral combinations from your topology file and computes these as a function of time. Using simple Unix tools such as \fIgrep\fR you can select out specific residues.

.SH OPTIONS
Options to specify input and output files:

    Set the nicelevel

    First frame (ps) to read from trajectory

    Last frame (ps) to read from trajectory

    Only use frame when t MOD dt = first time (ps)

.BI "\-[no]w" "  (no)"
    View output \fB.xvg\fR, \fB.xpm\fR, \fB.eps\fR and \fB.pdb\fR files

    xvg plot formatting: xmgrace, xmgr, none
