fb_inet_server - Firebird classic server
SYNOPSIS¶
db_inet_server [C<option>...]
DESCRIPTION¶
fb_inet_server is the classic server of Firebird RDBMS. It is started by
inetd or
xinetd for each incoming connection and uses shared
memory for synchronization between processes.
OPTIONS¶
- -d
- Turn on debugging
- -m
- Turn on multiclient mode
- -s
- Turn on standalone mode
- -i
- Turn off standalone mode
- -t
- Multithreading (non-PC only)
- -u
- No multithreading (PC only)
- -pprotocol
- Specify protocol
- -h
- Show short usage information
- -e dir
- Specify the path to the Firebird root directory.
- -el dir
- Specify the path to the lock directory
- -em dir
- Specify the path to the directory containing the messages file.
- -z
- Print version information
