\fBdpkg\-distaddfile\fP lägger till en post för en namngiven fil i
\fBdebian/files\fP.

Det tar tre argument som inte är flaggor \- filnamn, sektion och prioritet
för \fB.changes\fP\-filen.

Filnamnet anges relativt till katalogen där \fBdpkg\-genchanges\fP förväntas
finna filerna, normalt \fB..\fP, snarare än som en sökväg relativ till den
aktuella katalogen när \fBdpkg\-distaddfile\fP körs.
