.SH DESCRIPTION
The \fBconvert_pgn\fP program converts the format of characters in \fIinput-file\fP, from
one formated character set to another. The result is written to default file
"/tmp/gmchess.pgn" unless otherwise specified by the \fIoutput-file\fP option.
