SYNOPSIS

filter [options] input output filter [options] [-s,--studholme] input output average subject img0 [img1...] filter [options] [-R,--rohlfing] input output subject

DESCRIPTION

This tool applies spatial filtering operators, including cnotent-sensitive opersators, based on selective Gaussian kernels.
