\f[B]saxfr\f[] does a zone\-transfer (AXFR) of \f[I]ZONE\f[] from the
nameserver at \f[I]IPADDRESS\f[] on port \f[I]PORT\f[] and displays the
transferred zone with NSEC3 information truncated.
