Accept all extra arguments and make them available through sciargs

.B \-display\fR <display> (or \fB\-d\fR <display>)
Use the given server display (under Xwindow systems)

Execute the scilab instruction given in argument
(\fB\-e\fR and \fB\-f\fR arguments are mutually exclusive.)

Execute the scilab script given in argument
(\fB\-e\fR and \fB\-f\fR arguments are mutually exclusive.)
