remaps the data in the

file(s) to the grid specified by (in descending order of precedence)
.I map_fl ,
.I dst_fl, 
.I grd_dst, or
.I grd_sng.
If invoked with a single

then the regridded file will be written to 
.I output-file.
If invoked with multiple input files, then the regridded version of
each will be written with its original filename to 
.I out_drc.
