\fBtickit_term_get_size\fP() fetches the currently-known size of the terminal into the two integers supplied by pointers.

\fBtickit_term_set_size\fP() stores a new size for the terminal into the instance, and invokes any \fBTICKIT_EV_RESIZE\fP event handlers.

\fBtickit_term_refresh_size\fP() queries the size of the terminal by using the \fBTIOCGWINSZ\fP \fBioctl\fP(2) call on the currently-associated output filehandle, and invokes any \fBTICKIT_EV_RESIZE\fP event handlers if the size has changed.
