DPI scaling only applies to scalable fonts (e\[char46]g\[char46] TrueType)\[char46]

Some \[char46]fon fonts will have several sizes embedded in the file, so the point
size becomes the index of choosing which size\[char46] If the value is too high,
the last indexed size will be the default\[char46]

If

is SDL_TRUE the RWops will be automatically closed once the
font is closed\[char46] Otherwise you should close the RWops yourself after closing
