The \fBnutscan_cidr_to_ip()\fR function converts a range of IP address in the CIDR format given as a string in \fIcidr\fR, to two IPs in strings pointed by \fIstart_ip\fR and \fIstop_ip\fR which can be used as input parameters in the scanning functions of the libnutscan API\&.

It is the caller\(cqs responsibility to free \fIstart_ip\fR and \fIstop_ip\fR strings\&.
