NAME¶

pxrevcomp - Reverse complement sequences from nexus, phylip, or fastq to fasta.

SYNOPSIS¶

pxrevcomp [OPTION]... [FILE]...

DESCRIPTION¶

Reverse complement sequences from nexus, phylip, or fastq to fasta. Can read from stdin or file, but output is fasta.

-s, --seqf=FILE: input sequence file, stdin otherwise
-o, --outf=FILE: output sequence file, stout otherwise
-h, --help: display this help and exit
-V, --version: display version and exit
