改變 \fIchannelId \fR的訪問位置。\fIChannelId\fR 必須是從以前的 \fBopen\fR 或 \fBsocket \fR調用返回的一個通道標識符。\fIoffset\fR 和 \fIorigin\fR 參數指定在 \fIchannelId \fR中下一次讀或寫發生的位置。\fIOffset\fR 必須是一個整數(可以是負數) 而 \fIorigin\fR 必須是下列之一:

即使通道處於非阻塞模式下，在這個命令返回之前，它要刷新爲這個通道緩衝的所有輸出。它還丟棄所有已被緩衝而未讀取的輸入。這個命令返回一個空串。如果對其底層文件或設備不支持搜尋(seek)的通道使用了這個命令，則生成一個錯誤。
