Esta é a lista de Ioctl 1.3.27, uma lista das chamadas ioctl no kernel Linux/i386 1.3.27. Ela contém 421 ioctls vindas de /usr/include/{asm,linux}/*.h. Para cada ioctl, eu listo seu valor numérico, seu nome, e seu tipo de argumento.

Um tipo de argumento de 'const struct foo *' significa que o argumento é enviado para o kernel. 'struct foo *' siginifica o argumento que saí do kernel. Se o kernel usa o argumento para entrada e saída, isto é marcado com // E-S.

Algumas ioctls pegam mais argumentos ou retornam mais valores que uma estrutura simples. Estas são marcadas // MAIS e documentadas mais adiante em uma seção separada.

Esta lista não é completa. Ela não incluí:
    -- Ioctls definidas internamente para o kernel ('scsi_ioctl.h').
    -- Ioctls definidas em distribuída em módulos separademente do kernel.

CDROMREADAUDIO recebe um ponteiro de entrada 'const struct cdrom_read_audio *'.
O campo 'buf' aponta para um buffer de saída de tamanho
CDROMREADCOOKED, CDROMREADMODE1, CDROMREADMODE2, e CDROMREADRAW recebe
um ponteiro de entrada 'const struct cdrom_msf *'. Eles usam o mesmo ponteiro
como um ponteiro de saída para 'char []'. O tamanho varia por requisição. Para
CDROMREADMODE1, muitos controladores usam 'CD_FRAMESIZE', mas as unidades de
aramzenamento ótico usam 'OPT_BLOCKSIZE' no seu lugar (ambos tem um valor numérico de
2048).

GIO_FONTX and PIO_FONTX recebe uma 'struct console_font_desc *' ou uma
um buffer de 'char [charcount]'. Isto é um buffer de saída para GIO_FONTX
e um buffer de entrada para PIO_FONTX.
GIO_UNIMAP and PIO_UNIMAP recebe uma 'struct unimapdesc *' ou uma
um buffer de 'struct unipair [entry_ct]'. Isto é uma buffer de saída para GIO_UNIMAP
e um buffer de entrada para PIO_UNIMAP.
KDADDIO, KDDELIO, KDDISABIO, e KDENABIO habilitam ou desabilitam acesso para
portas de E/S. Eles são, essencialmente, interfaces alternativas para 'ioperm'.
KDMAPDISP e KDUNMAPDISP habilitam ou desabilitam mapeamento de memória ou acesso para
portas de E/S. Eles não são implementados no kernel.
SCSI_IOCTL_PROBE_HOST recebe um ponteiro de entrada 'const int *', o qual é um
length. Ele usa o mesmo ponteiro com um ponteiro de entrada para um buffer 'char []'
deste tamanho.
SIOCADDRT e SIOCDELRT recebe um ponteiro de entrada, pertencente a ele, o tipo depende
do protocolo:
