- only run on this CPU.

- interval in usec, 0: default.
- -c, --count <mum>
- number of pokes, 1: default
- -r, --read-back
- read back and verify.
- -p, --psl-bar <bar>
- access PSL bar (CAPI only)
- -m, --mask <mask>
