\fIgap2deb\fR generates a basic \fBdebian\fR directory for a GAP package by using the
data in \fBPackageInfo.g\fR.
\fIgap2deb\fR must be run inside a GAP package directory.
If a \fBdebian\fR directory already exists, then the directory is called
\fBdebian.gap2deb\fR instead.

Please check carefully all the files it generates before attempting to build the package.

\fIgap2deb\fR hangs if an error occurs. This is a limitation of gap scripts.
