.SH Display comments in the image history

When using the \fB\fC\-\-format\fR option, the \fB\fChistory\fR command will either
output the data exactly as the template declares or, when using the
\fB\fCtable\fR directive, will include column headers as well.

The following example uses a template without headers and outputs the
\fB\fCID\fR and \fB\fCCreatedSince\fR entries separated by a colon for all images:
