xcontrol \- preprocessor for debian/control files

.SH DESCRIPTION
xcontrol rewrites the debian/xcontrol file in a Debian source package into a
policy-compliant debian/control file, omitting any information that cannot be
expressed properly. This allows the maintainer to easily synchronize
debian/control to the more verbose debian/xcontrol.
.SH OPTIONS
Currently, only two subcommands are allowed:

Read debian/xcontrol, output policy-compliant version on stdout.

Verify whether debian/control is up to date.
