This manual page documents briefly the
.B d-rats
command.

\fBd-rats\fP is a communications tool for D-STAR low-speed data (DV mode).
It provides:
   Multi-user chat capabilities;
   File transfers
   Structured data transport (forms); and
   Position tracking and mapping.

This program follows the usual GNU command line syntax, with long
options starting with two dashes (`--').
