\fBbtrename\fR is a program which will change the suggested  
filename presented to the user for a bittorrent file download. This  
will make the downloader save the download as a different name by default. 
The torrent specified by the \fIfile.torrent\fR option is modified  
in-place, changing the suggested filename in it's meta-info to \fInewfilename\fR.
