La fonction \fBstrcmp\fP() compare les deux chaînes \fIs1\fP et \fIs2\fP. La locale
n'est pas prise en compte (pour une comparaison basée sur la locale,
consultez \fBstrcoll\fP(3)). Elle renvoie un entier négatif, nul ou positif, si
\fIs1\fP est respectivement inférieure, égale ou supérieure à \fIs2\fP.

La fonction \fBstrncmp\fP() est identique sauf qu'elle ne compare (au plus) que
les \fIn\fP premiers octets de \fIs1\fP et \fIs2\fP.
