Die Funktion \fBmemcmp\fP() gibt eine Ganzzahl zurück, die kleiner als, gleich
oder größer als Null ist, wenn die ersten \fIn\fP Byte von \fIs1\fP kleiner als,
gleich oder größer als die ersten \fIn\fP Byte von \fIs2\fP sind.
