strnins \- insert prefix of a string at the beginning of another string

.SH DESCRIPTION
\fIstrins\fR inserts upto \fIn\fR characters from the beginning of
the \fIsrc\fR string at the beginning of the \fItgt\fR string.
The strings must not overlap.
The target string must contain enough memory to hold both strings.

\fIstrnins\fR returns its first argument.
