iconv [\fB-f\fP \fIencoding\fP] [\fB-t\fP \fIencoding\fP] [\fIinputfile\fP ...]

\fBiconv\fP 程序 把 文本 從 一種 編碼 轉換 爲 另一種 編碼.
更準確一點, 他是 把 \fB-f\fP 指定的 編碼 轉換爲 \fB-t\fP 指定的 編碼.
這兩種 編碼 默認 都是 當前 locale 的編碼, 所有 \fIinputfile\fP 都依次
進行轉換. 如果沒有指定 \fIinputfile\fP 則使用 標準輸入. 轉換後的 內容 會
輸出到 標準輸出.
