Funkcja \fBctermid\fP() zwraca łańcuch, który jest ścieżką do terminala
kontrolującego procesu. Jeśli \fIs\fP jest równe NULL, używany jest bufor
statyczny, w przeciwnym wypadku \fIs\fP wskazuje na bufor mający zawierać
ścieżkę do terminala. Stała \fBL_ctermid\fP oznacza maksymalną liczbę znaków w
zwracanej ścieżce.
