This report format supports the following:

\&\fIcoverage.html\fR.  Specify \fIindex.html\fR if you just want to publish the whole
directory.

Includes \s-1POD\s0 (and blank lines) in the file report.  This is on by default.  It
may be turned off with \-nopod.

default, this text is trimmed.
