.TH HAWKI_LINEARITY_ANALYSE "7" "2.4.8" "hawki_linearity_analyse" "hawki recipes" .SH NAME hawki_linearity_analyse \- HAWKI linearity recipe .SH SYNOPSIS esorex .B hawki_linearity_analyse [OPTIONS] FILE.sof .SH DESCRIPTION hawki_linearity_analyse \-\- HAWKI detector linearity recipe. .PP Check the linearity of the HAWKI detectors on a pixel by pixel basis The program accepts the following files in the SOF: Tag Description DARK_DETCHECK A list of dark images FLAT_LAMP_DETCHECK A list of dome flat images All of the above are required. The should be a dark frame for each DIT/NDITcombination used for the dome flats .SH OPTIONS .TP \fB\-\-order\fR \fI\fR Polynomial order to fit (int; default: 3). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is \fBhawki.hawki_linearity_analyse.order\fR [default = \fI3\fR]. .TP \fB\-\-fitzero\fR \fI\fR Fit zeroth order term? (bool; default: False). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is \fBhawki.hawki_linearity_analyse.fitzero\fR [default = \fIFalse\fR]. .TP \fB\-\-rchithr\fR \fI\fR Maximum allowable value of reduced chisq? (float; default: 5.0). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is \fBhawki.hawki_linearity_analyse.rchithr\fR [default = \fI5.0\fR]. .TP \fB\-\-satlim\fR \fI\fR Saturation limit? (float; default: 65535.0). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is \fBhawki.hawki_linearity_analyse.satlim\fR [default = \fI65535.0\fR]. .TP \fB\-\-reflev\fR \fI\fR Reference flux level for NL check (float; default: 10000.0). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is \fBhawki.hawki_linearity_analyse.reflev\fR [default = \fI10000.0\fR]. .PP Note that it is possible to create a configuration file containing these options, along with suitable default values. Please refer to the details provided by the 'esorex \-\-help' command. .SH SEE ALSO The full documentation for the hawki pipeline can be downloaded as a PDF file using the following URL: .IP .B ftp://ftp.eso.org/pub/dfs/pipelines/hawki/hawki\-pipeline\-manual\-2.4.8.pdf .PP An overview over the existing ESO pipelines can be found on the web page \fBhttps://www.eso.org/sci/software/pipelines/\fR. .PP Basic documentation about the EsoRex program can be found at the esorex (1) man page. .PP It is possible to call the pipelines from python using the python\-cpl package.
