.SH DESCRIPTION
Convert CIFs with multiple molecules (similar to those obtained from

\-C, \-\-cod\-cif 1000000.cif
                  Provide the original COD CIF to extract structure metadata.


\-\-tmp\-dir /tmp
                  Use the specified temporary directory (default: '/tmp').
