.SH DESCRIPTION
Convert CIFs with crystal description (similar to those obtained from

\-i, \-\-ignore\-bumps
                  Ignore atomic bumps while running cif_molecule.


\-\-tmp\-dir /tmp
                  Use the specified temporary directory (default: '/tmp').
