Функция \fBsem_unlink\fP() удаляет именованный семафор, на который ссылается
\fIname\fP. Имя семафора удаляется немедленно. Семафор уничтожается после того,
как все остальные процессы, в которых он открыт, закроют его.

При успешном выполнении \fBsem_unlink\fP() возвращается 0; при ошибке
возвращается \-1, а в \fIerrno\fP содержится код ошибки.
