функциям \fBecvt\fP(3), \fBfcvt\fP(3), \fBqecvt\fP(3) и \fBqfcvt\fP(3), соответственно,
за исключением того, что они не возвращают результаты в статическом буфере,
а вместо этого используют указанный \fIbuf\fP размером \fIlen\fP. Смотрите
