Функция \fBmq_unlink\fP() удаляет именованную очередь сообщений с именем
\fIname\fP. Имя очереди сообщений удаляется немедленно. А очередь сообщений
уничтожается после того, как все остальные процессы, в которых она открыт,
закроют её.

При успешном выполнении \fBmq_unlink\fP() возвращается 0; при ошибке
возвращается \-1, а в \fIerrno\fP помещается код ошибки.
