.SH DESCRIPCIÓN
\fIZcmp\fP and \fIzdiff\fP are used to invoke the \fIcmp\fP or the \fIdiff\fP program on
files compressed via \fIgzip\fP.  All options specified are passed directly to
\fIcmp\fP or \fIdiff\fP.  If only \fIfile1\fP is specified, it is compared to the
uncompressed contents of \fIfile1\fP.gz.  If two files are specified, their
contents (uncompressed if necessary) are fed to \fIcmp\fP or \fIdiff\fP.  The
input files are not modified.  The exit status from \fIcmp\fP or \fIdiff\fP is
preserved.
