\fBsched_get_priority_min\fP()  returns the minimum priority value that can be
used with the scheduling algorithm identified by \fIpolicy\fP.  Supported
\fIpolicy\fP values are \fBSCHED_FIFO\fP, \fBSCHED_RR\fP, \fBSCHED_OTHER\fP,
\fBSCHED_BATCH\fP, \fBSCHED_IDLE\fP, and \fBSCHED_DEADLINE\fP.  Further details about
these policies can be found in \fBsched\fP(7).
