\fBtimer_delete\fP() löscht einen Timer mit der Kennung \fItimer_kennung\fP. Falls
der Timer zum Zeitpunkt des Aufrufs aktiviert war, wird er deaktiviert,
bevor er gelöscht wird. Es ist nicht spezifiziert, wie mit anhängenden
Signalen des gelöschten Timers umgegangen wird.

Im Erfolgsfall liefert \fBtimer_delete\fP() 0 zurück. Bei einem Fehler wird \-1
