Die Funktion \fBstrcoll\fP() vergleicht die zwei Zeichenketten \fIz1\fP und
\fIz2\fP. Sie liefert eine Ganzzahl zurück, die kleiner Null oder gleich oder
größer ist, falls ermittelt wird, dass \fIz1\fP weniger als, identisch zu oder
mehr als \fIz2\fP ist. Der Vergleich erfolgt auf Zeichenketten, die gemäß der
aktuellen Locale des Programms für die Kategorie \fBLC_COLLATE\fP interpretiert
werden (siehe \fBsetlocale\fP(3).

Die Funktion \fBstrcoll\fP() gibt eine Ganzzahl zurück, die kleiner als, gleich
oder größer als Null ist, wenn ermittelt wird, dass \fIz1\fP kleiner als,

Locale interpretiert werden.
