\fBsem_post\fP() erhöht (entsperrt) die Semaphore, auf die \fIsem\fP zeigt. Falls
der Wert der Semaphore dadurch größer als Null wird, dann wird ein anderer
Prozess oder Thread, der im Aufruf \fBsem_wait\fP(3) blockiert wird, aufgeweckt
und dieser wird fortfahren, die Semaphore zu sperren.

\fBsem_post\fP() liefert im Erfolgsfall 0 zurück; im Fehlerfall verbleibt der
Wert der Semaphore unverändert, \-1 wird zurückgeliefert und \fIerrno\fP wird
gesetzt, um den Fehler anzuzeigen.
