This command recreates the lock file of a flake (\fCflake.lock\fR), thus
updating the lock for every mutable input (like \fCnixpkgs\fR) to its
current version. This is equivalent to passing \fC--recreate-lock-file\fR
to any command that operates on a flake. That is,
